A Cartier vintage sapphire and diamond pin brooch in 14k yellow gold, containing 1/3ct TW of very high quality diamonds of VS clarity/G color. Also contains nine very high quality 2.5mm square natural sapphires with excellent color and clarity. Stamped “Cartier” with serial number “875”. 1 1/4 inches long. 13.7g.
